SECTION 1: GENERAL INFORMATION.I reserve the right to edit and update the terms of service to protect myself as the artist, and you as the client.Please read carefully through everything outlined on this page. By ordering and purchasing my artwork & services, you agree to my terms of service. If you choose not to read these terms, they will still apply to you.If you violate these terms, you will be blacklisted and are no longer able to use my services in the future. Depending on the severity, I may also warn other artists by publicly sharing the details of your violations.I reserve the right to reject any commission requests for any reason.

SECTION 2: PAYMENT, DEADLINES, & DELIVERY.For most commissions, I only accept full payment upfront before I begin.For larger scale projects & commercial work, we can discuss a "50% upfront, 50% after completion" payment plan if necessary.Refunds: I do not offer refunds of any kind unless I am unable to complete your commission in a timely manner.Turnaround Time: My average completion time is 1 month, but if your commission is estimated to take longer for any reason, I will update you and let you know.

SECTION 3: REVISIONS.I will send you a WIP for every important revision period of your commission before I move forward. Please be clear in your description of any edits you might request.Edit Requests: Please respond with requests for edits within 5 business days of receiving my WIP message. If I do not receive a response after that time has elapsed, I will assume nothing needs to be fixed and will continue working on your commission."Additional" Revisions: Please do not change your mind and request edits after confirming I am okay to proceed without revisions, or ask for major changes after I have already started on your commission. Insisting on these changes may incur an additional minimum fee of +£20 GBP.

SECTION 4: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, USAGE & COMMERCIAL RIGHTS.Sharing Artwork: You are more than welcome to share your commissioned work on any social media with credit to me, @batfluffs, as the artist. I'm not picky about credits, so you can just link back to any of my socials (the ones I use the most are Tumblr & Bluesky).You may NOT claim that you made the artwork yourself. You are NOT permitted to use any of my artwork for AI, NFTs, generative software, etc.If you have any questions as to whether your request falls under "personal use" or "commercial use", feel free to contact me first so we may discuss it.Copyright: I retain all copyrights over my work which include, but are not limited to: the right to use the artwork for sales/self-promotion on social media, as well as sharing the process of creating your model on stream.NDA: You may purchase an NDA fee (an additional +30% of the total price of the commission added) to keep your commissioned artwork private.Commercial Use: Purchasing commercial rights for your commission only includes commercial rights for the initial stated purpose (streaming, videos, etc.). If you decide that you wish to use your commission for other commercial purposes, please contact me as this may incur additional fees.The default commercial rights payment for my artwork does NOT include permission for commercial merchandising. Please contact me first so we may discuss fees.
